Mechanics :
• Broker
should produce/bring in sales on the stated number of days from
accreditation date.
• All
ACCOUNTs should be active from date of validation and must be credited.
• At
least the 1st Month’s Down Payment has been made & cleared
• Validation
shall be made on a quarterly basis and shall be released 30 days after.
• LBN
will initiate request and validated by SRMG;
Approval and release by accounting and cash operations
• Subject
to APPLICABLE TAXES
